The joys of family sickness

So it seems like whenever we go to the doctors for a well child visit, one of my kids ends up getting sick. Which happened this last visit last week. Trevor got sick with what we think is laryngitis. And then Megan got sick with croup and a cold, but is feeling better now thanks to meds, and now Keith and I are sick. So, as usual the sickness is making the rounds. And of course this is also the week that is has warmed up. It would be great to be able to go outside and play at the park with the kids, but when we are all sick like this, its not happening. So, my poor kids are getting stir crazy from being inside so long. I hope this sickness goes away soon and doesnt decide to make the rounds again.
